How to claim your money back:

You must have purchased our HEYLUX IPL Hair Removal Handset from our website.

Try our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 90 days.

You must complete at least 6 IPL handset treatments, with treatments being 1 week apart, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.

If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at info@heylux.us with your order number, and we will review your application.

All 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your HEYLUX IPL Hair Removal Handset.

ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

Once approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

Returns

The Buyer shall notify the Seller of its claims of return within 30 (thirty) days after delivery. The return of any product must be approved by the Seller prior to initiating a return. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, expenses, taxes and any other cost whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in advanced by the Seller. Any delay, damage or loss that occurs during the return shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Refund

Except the product is defective, out of stock or errors from the sellers or its agency, all Stock Items that are not Defective as determined by Heylux (acting reasonably), and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the Price. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, expenses, taxes and any other cost whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in advanced by the Seller.
